It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving has come and gone and that Christmas will be here in a matter of days. There always seems to be last-minute, year-end "crunches" that take place and this year is no different than others in that regard. It's hard not be thinking about all of the opportunities presented when the calendar flips over to a new year but right now we are focused on the immediate needs of our customers.

In the last issue of this newsletter we shared with you that service and delivery schedules continue to be one area where we would like to have a better record of performance. We are also working to correct some "supply line" issues which as anyone who works in manufacturing will tell you, creates all kinds of "ripple" effects. We continue to ask our customers to assist us as much as possible with projections on orders so that we can meet and satisfy your requirements.

We just returned from this global event and once again it was a great venue for TriMark. The activity at the booth was strong during the entire run of the show and we had the pleasure of meeting new prospects as well as old customers who came to see that new and innovative access system hardware TriMark has available for their companies and industries.

The numbers from the 2014 event were very strong:

Li Fangyu, VP Marketing China from Volvo Construction Equipment spoke highly of the show: "bauma China 2014 is taking place in the midst of a recession in the construction machinery market.
